General Information

Bankroll requests are initially processed by YPC. Pending YPC approval, they are sent to Black Chip Poker for final approval. If Black Chip Poker approves your bankroll you will receive an email letting you know that the money is in your account. This process can take up to 10-12 business days.

The $75 is released in $5 increments for every 375 VIP points. You will have released the full $75 when you earn 5,625 VIP points. The pending bonus expires after 90 days or when a withdrawal is made.
