How do I request the free bankroll at Carbon Poker?

You must use the bonus code given in the instructions or Carbon will decline your bankroll request. Also, be sure to enter your poker account information at the end of the signup instructions so that we can process your account.
What is the Minimum Activity Requirement for Carbon Poker?
- When you receive your Carbon Poker Free Bankroll, you must first earn 100 VIP Points before we can begin processing your next bankroll request.
- If you have already earned 100 VIP Points at Carbon, your next bankroll request will be processed as usual.
- If you do not earn the 100 VIP Points at Carbon, your next bankroll request will remain pending indefinitely.
What is the minimum age for this offer?
The minimum age to receive a free bankroll at Carbon Poker is 18.
How long does it take to process my account?
It usually takes 10-12 business days for an Carbon bankroll to be processed. It can take longer if complications arise with your account.
My Carbon Poker bankroll request was declined. Why?
If your Carbon request was declined, it was likely for one of the following reasons:
- An existing Carbon account with your information was found
- Someone else from your household/location has an account at Carbon
Is there a cashout restriction on the Carbon Poker free bankroll?
Yes, you must earn 750 VIP points before you can cash out the free Carbon bankroll.
How do I release my $175 pending bonus?
The $175 is released in $5 increments, every 375 VIP points. You will have released the full $175 when you earn 13,125 VIP points. Please note that any unearned protion of the pending bonus will expire after 90 days or upon a withdrawal.
