How long does it take to process my bankroll request?
It usually takes 10-12 business days for a Titan request to be processed. It can take longer if complications arise with your account.
What is the minimum age for this offer?

My Titan Poker bankroll request was declined. Why?
If your request was declined, it was likely for one of the following reasons:
- An existing account with your information was found
- The bonus code used during signup was invalid
- Someone else from your household/location has an account
- You created multiple accounts when trying to receive one of our other offers
- Your photo ID was invalid
- We could not verify your age on your photo ID
Is there a cashout restriction on the free Titan bankroll?
Yes, you must earn 2500 Titan Points before you can cash out the initial $30.
After you receive your $50 for reaching 5000 points, you will need to earn 2500 more points, for a total of 7500, before you can cashout your first pending bankroll.
After you receive your $70 for reaching 10,000 points, you will need to earn 2500 more points, for a total of 12,500, before you can cashout your second pending bankroll.
How do I release my $120 pending bonus?
$50 is released when you earn 5,000 Titan Points, and $70 more is released when you earn 10,000 Titan Points.
Why can't I play certain limits or games with my bankroll?
